Kevin W. Holmes, CPA, Inc. was formed in 1999 and provides legal, tax and accounting services to individuals and to businesses. Our services include accounting compilations, tax return preparation, domestic and international tax planning, estate planning, will preparation and payroll services along with a variety of other business consulting and legal services.

Kevin W. Holmes is an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, both in good standing. Kevin graduated from Texas Tech University in 1977 and received his CPA in 1981. He later graduated Magna Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law and was admitted to the State Bar in 1986.
Prior to the formation of his own firm, Kevin worked for various corporations in both domestic and international tax positions including the Tax Director for Weatherford International. Overall, he accrued 10 years of international tax experience and was able to save millions of dollars in taxes for these companies. Kevin uses this experience along,
with the continuous monitoring of updated domestic and international tax law, to provide top level service to his
current clients.
Kevin prefers to maintain a small firm which allows him to focus on each clients' specific tax needs. We prepare all business and personal income tax returns, as needed.
